This app is difficult to use and very frustrating. If I didnt need a room for a very special event I would have used a different app that was more user friendly.

Im using this for the longest time

Since the last version of update through apple with problem that I encountered with Safari, I deleted the booking.com. Now, from the new update, I am unable to redownload the apps. Any help??

Made a reservation via Internet. Confirmed email address via the email received. Installed the app. Looks nice. Tried logging on with my confirmed email address and got error message. Tried using FB Acct to login, same error message. Tried resetting password. Got error message. Called support and was told to uninstall and reinstall. Didnt work. They asked if I was connected via wifi and confirmed. Reset phone (turned it off and on). Same problem. Im done. Removed the app.

I used Booking.com app for my Europe trip, its really useful. Real reviews, real rankings. For sure you always find extreme reviews about Hotels and Hustles, but if you read 10 of them, you can find out how the place experience will be look like. I used B. to find Hostels in Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Holland and its really useful and complete. P.S. If you dont have a credit card, you cant use it for reservations and just possible to find the best places and learn about their prices and services.

App wont let me log in. I can log into the site just fine.

I have been very successful getting great rooms at reasonable rates and then very satisfied when we got there. I love being able to read and compare the reviews.
