Booking.com: Hotels & Travel App Reviews

Sept 16-19 in Atlantic provinces - Halifax- Lunenberg -Moncton was crazy for the availability of hotel/motel rooms. This app was a saviour! Hey what was going on?

Easy to use. Decent prices. Bookings doesnt cancel your rooms if you have to cancel. Just call the hotel. You must read the hotels fine print before you book. Some places dont refund deposits....not bookings fault just hotel policy.

The app is ok and works as expected but the bi-weekly updates get very annoying.

I reckon it is a great app. I booked my car and all our accommodation for a 13 day trip to the UK two years ago and am about to do the same again. The suggestions of where to stay next are a bit tiresome and repetitive. If I live in Canada, I am not going to want to visit Milton Keynes every week am I!

I use it all the time. Never found better deals when I needed to only rent a hotel (compared when I needed flights+hotels)

I used Booking.com several times for a big European holiday. Everything seemed legitimate and reliable. Then I had a nightmare experience in Rome. I mean a very very bad experience. The hotel chose to mark me as a no-show, steal my cash and to make it worth booking.com does not publish my negative review. I have photos and documents to prove everything as well as several emails directly from Booking.com but yet my review does not show I think its terrible if authentic, negative reviews are not posted.

I totally love this app.

Really like the app. I used it for traveling to Beijing. Ultimately I was going to stay in one hostel though changed my mind. This apps "secret deals" sold me on finding a new place that I ended up enjoying more.

Excellent tool to find hotels around the globe

These people give very poor service after they have received their money. They are very eager to call or email before they get their money. They will not contact or return your phone calls or emails when theres a problem. I would recommend to everyone to stay away from this company at all costs.
