Erroring out when logging on

Made a reservation via Internet. Confirmed email address via the email received. Installed the app. Looks nice. Tried logging on with my confirmed email address and got error message. Tried using FB Acct to login, same error message. Tried resetting password. Got error message. Called support and was told to uninstall and reinstall. Didnt work. They asked if I was connected via wifi and confirmed. Reset phone (turned it off and on). Same problem. Im done. Removed the app.
