Booking.com: Hotels & Travel App Reviews

Of ALL the apps l have downloaded, this one keeps popping up even when l am not accessing it. It is difficult to "pin it down" just to turn it OFF. Deleting it!!!

Cant believe how terrible the gps was. A bed is your car, should be your destination. Plus it doesnt follow the car. Plus booked rooms that were not available. Hotel had no reservation on top of incorrect pricing and availability. Then to top it all off, I wasnt given an option, to view my confirmation which was bogus anyway, I had to download the app. Will use anything but booking.com in the future. Booking.no

This App is my to go to whenever I need to book a room somewhere. I compare it to other Apps , and always find they have better deals going on. Never had bad experience with it. Its pretty legit and always helps to read other peoples reviews before booking a room. Worth the download!

Book it app works really well. Easy to navigate. Was using the new AAA mobile app and finally gave up on that and went to Book It.

This app requires manual input of reference and pin to show your bookings. I return to Expedia.

Convenient and does the job of easy and hustle free travel

Great program if you dont mind getting inundated with spam mail from them. And they ignore your request to unsubscribe!!!

Becareful customer satisfaction is not a priority . Lost out on money due to booking .com error

The customer service is the worst people to deal with. Their match your price option never refunded the adjusted amount to my card and it been 6 weeks since I booked and paid for my stay! Now they are telling me they cant help me and I have to call the hotel when The whole time I have been dealing with the payments and processing through bookings.com. Find a better app and complete trust me there are better deals out there.

I made a reservation and canceled it in the same week, which was also three weeks before the date of the reservation. The app led me to believe that it was canceled with the hotel and there would be no charges. Then I was charged a full rate of my room when I did not go to the reservation. I will not be using this site again.

Ive never had any issues using booking.com, it makes it so much easier to plan trips! I have my 2017 all planned out & already reserved. Thanks, Booking!
