The customer service is the worst people to deal with. Their match your price option never refunded the adjusted amount to my card and it been 6 weeks since I booked and paid for my stay! Now they are telling me they cant help me and I have to call the hotel when The whole time I have been dealing with the payments and processing through bookings.com. Find a better app and complete trust me there are better deals out there.
