Reliable Most of the Time

Booking is usually my go to app for accommodation but as of late the app has been throwing up error messages and wont allow me to make any searches. It is annoying also that the app wont automatically update the bookings made from a different device with that which is on my phone. Developers kindly fix the error messages coming up as of late. This is happening across all my devices. Only the desktop website allows for reservations.

Could be a Great App, but the dates of the reservation change at the end.

This app is great for searching for a hotel room and trying to evaluate which hotel offers a room at a good value. The problem occurs when you want to make a reservation, the dates entered for the reservation keep getting shifted after the confirmation button is clicked. Luckily, the reservation was free to cancel. Will have to use a difference Reservation Service until app gets fixed!

This app is great. Extremely helpful when I was traveling in Europe in keeping up with my hotel reservations.

Booking app is easy to use. They process special requests very quickly and confirm within 24h. I will continue to use their services since they make it so easy. No money is needed upfront for reservations which is impressive. Its like I have a personal travel agent taking care of all details for free!

I have used this app several times in the last three years. I have had no issues during this time. My grandson is racing and our schedules sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. We always are able to change dates and locations without any problem. I have been very satisfied.

Worst flexible booking app.

This is my 3rd time trying to use this app while on vacation. Its been the biggest headache dealing with cancelations and not getting a full refund when Im not satisfied with hotel accommodations that wasnt advertised. To get a hotel room without a window while on vacation is unheard of. I TRIED AGAIN!!! Hotel.com and Air bnb is about to become my everything. #Booking.com can forget it. When u have to change plans by forces uncontrolled by yourself, they "STEAL" your money!!! And then say sorry theres nothing they can do. If someone has to change plans, take 10% at the most. Not your whole budget for your hotel. And the people in the phone arent nice about it. Dont use Booking.com!!! #falseadvertisement #nofreecancelation #lying #HillaryClinton

I love Booking.com so I decided to download the app! Always quick and easy! Best rates, booked about 6 trips so far. Wish they would start hotel & flight packages! Then itll be 5 stars

Still needs fixes

I have long been a fan of booking.com, but have been frustrated with the app. There is no filter for properties with outdoor pools, only for indoor pools. I have even written booking.com to fix this, but have not heard a response or seen a change.
