Simply excellent to say the least !

I booked a room in Terre Haute IN. The type of room I booked didnt exist. The Days Inn staff was very kind and understanding, they made the situation right at no extra cost to me, the manager said theyve had problems with bookings through this website, just like I had. I learned my lesson, that even if I book It through here, still need to confirm with the hotel, but really defeats the purpose.
